Lead Tender Management

Your tasks
- Analytical review of the prepared tender documents and formal requirements
- Coordination of ongoing tender submissions and selection of tenders based on corporate strategy
- Co-design and optimization of processes, consistent monitoring of ongoing tenders
- Leading the tender team and reporting directly to the board
- Project management and coordination between departments
Your profile
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Reliable and precise working methods as well as strong
- Numeracy skills are basic requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English
- Ability to professionally coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong competence in managing employees
- Relevant professional experience in processing tenders

Salary
The minimum salary for this position is €90,000 gross per year for full-time employment (38.5 hours). The actual salary depends on qualifications and professional experience.
