Your tasks
- Assuming responsibility for strategic purchasing activities, including product group management and support in participating in tenders.
- Conducting price negotiations Optimizing costs.
- Assessment of risks due to delivery bottlenecks and quality problems and development of suitable solution strategies.
- Continuous market observation and analysis to derive optimal purchasing strategies.
- Strategic expansion of the product portfolio for the European healthcare market.
- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers as well as actively shaping and maintaining supplier relationships at an international level, with a particular focus on the Asian market.
Your profile
- Completed training with a focus on purchasing or comparable.
- Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally supplemented by experience in controlling.
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an advantage.
- An affinity for numbers, strong analytical skills and networked thinking.
- Experienced in the use of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Hands-on mentality as well as an independent and structured way of working.
- Communicative and engaging manner in combination with persuasive and negotiating skills as well as strong assertiveness.
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.

Salary
For this position, a minimum salary of € 75,000 gross per year full-time (38.5h) is set in accordance with the collective agreement. The actual salary depends on qualifications and professional experience.
