A successful day at the 2026 University of Applied Sciences Career Fair

On March 20, 2026, we were once again represented at the Meet & Match Career Fair at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol. The fair once again transformed the university into a central meeting place for students, high school students, and companies.

With around 750 visitors, 45 exhibitors, and numerous engaging conversations, the event once again demonstrated just how valuable in-person interaction is for career guidance and planning. As soon as attendees entered the fair, it was clear that direct dialogue was the focus: the booths were bustling with activity, and many in-depth conversations took place about entry-level opportunities, career paths, and concrete job prospects.

We also had the opportunity to meet many enthusiastic students, graduates, and high school students and give them a glimpse into our company, our areas of activity, and our vision. We were particularly pleased by the high level of interest and openness toward new career opportunities.

In addition to the interviews, the fair offered an extensive supporting program: among other things, visitors had the opportunity to have professional headshot photos taken. Fresh snacks and refreshments were also available on site, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.

Career fairs like Meet & Match not only provide guidance but also open up new perspectives beyond traditional career paths. Many visitors took the opportunity to gather comprehensive information and make initial contacts for their future careers.
