PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

The product management team at Balmung Medical plays an essential role in researching, developing and managing our product lines to meet the needs of the healthcare sector. Our dedicated product managers are responsible for identifying, developing and successfully introducing innovative solutions to the market. Through comprehensive market analysis, product development and customer feedback, they help to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and have a positive impact on medical care.

PURCHASING

Our purchasing department aims to achieve the best possible prices for high-quality products without compromising on product quality. The team identifies and evaluates potential suppliers to ensure that we work with reliable partners. The aim is to build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure a continuous supply of high-quality products. Purchasing also negotiates contracts and conditions with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices and delivery terms. By negotiating with suppliers and finding cost-effective alternatives, the team helps to reduce operating costs and increase the company's profitability. In addition to price, the quality of the products is of paramount importance. For this reason, the department maintains a close exchange with the quality control teams to ensure that the products meet the quality standards of our customers.

 

STORAGE LOGISTICS

Our warehouse and logistics team plays a central role in the reliable supply of the healthcare market. It ensures that the right products are in the right place at the right time and efficiently manages and coordinates the flow of goods. The team's tasks include regularly monitoring stock levels to ensure sufficient product quantities to meet customer demand, as well as checking and correctly processing incoming and outgoing goods. Incoming goods are checked and storage conditions, such as temperature controls for sensitive medical products, are monitored to ensure their integrity. The team also ensures that the loading and unloading of goods runs smoothly. Thanks to these optimized processes, the warehouse and logistics team makes a decisive contribution to customer satisfaction and a secure supply of high-quality medical products.
