Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerk

Your tasks
- Independent handling of day-to-day accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting
- Processing of payment transactions, bank entries, cash management, and credit card statements
- Assistance with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Reconciliation of accounts and management of open items
- Preparation of business reports and notifications
- Support for the further development and digitization of accounting processes and interfaces
Your profile
- Completed business training (HAK, college degree), ideally with a bookkeeping certification
- Initial work experience in accounting
- Independent and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and resilience
- Analytical thinking, organizational skills
- Good Office skills (especially Excel)
- Good written and spoken German and good English skills

Salary
The annual salary for this position is €60,000 gross for full-time work (38.5 hours). Actual compensation depends on qualifications and professional experience.
