Construction Project Manager / Technical Project Manager
BlackHorizon, part of the corporate group centered around the internationally successful healthcare company Balmung Medical, is continuously expanding its sustainably managed real estate portfolio. In the advertised position, you will work from our office in Kirchbichlas the client’s representative, overseeing the development, implementation, and post-construction support of our real estate projects in all matters related to construction engineering.
In your role as a leader, you will play a key role in the development of the state-of-the-art headquarters for the Balmung Group—the flagship “HorizonQuarter” project on the former Perlmooser site in Kirchbichl.
Your tasks
- Responsible representation of the client in all construction-related matters throughout the entire project cycle
- Ongoing coordination and communication with all project stakeholders, particularly government agencies, planners, and professionals
- Leading function in the development of new projects incl. preparation of design studies and cost forecasts
- Independent management of contract award preparations and negotiations up to the preparation of work contracts ready for signature
- Project and Construction Management During the Construction Phase (coordinated by external construction management partners or, if necessary, handled directly)
- Consistent cost, schedule, and quality management, including billing, acceptance, and tracking of warranty claims and defects
- Conducting structural assessments and risk analyses (“technical due diligence”) in connection with real estate acquisitions
- Active participation in the further development of internal organizational and information systems
Your profile
- Completed training in civil engineering (degree in civil engineering, HTL in building construction, and/or passing the master builder’s exam)
- Several years of professional experience in a leadership role in the end-to-end management of projects (from planning and permitting through to the completion of complex building construction projects)
- Solid computer skills (especially MS Office, CAD, Auer / Nevaris)
- An independent, entrepreneurial individual with a strong hands-on approach and excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to handle high pressure, assertiveness, and a passion for taking on a key role with a high degree of autonomy

Salary
We offer an attractive gross annual salary starting at EUR 85,000 for this position. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience.
In addition, you'll have a company car at your disposal, which you can also use for personal purposes.
