HorizonQuarter - The construction project gets the green light!

All the necessary legally binding permits have now been obtained for the Horizon Quarter. These include permits in the legal areas of construction, trade, water, groundwater and nature conservation. The comprehensive review by the relevant authorities has been successfully completed, marking an important milestone in the realization of the project.

The permits issued confirm that the project complies with all legal requirements and conditions. In particular, environmental aspects - such as compliance with nature conservation regulations - were also examined in detail and taken into account. "We are delighted that our project has successfully passed all official procedures. This underlines the quality of our planning and our commitment to sustainable, legally compliant implementation," says Florian Kirchmair, representing the client. The next step is the scheduled start of construction, which is planned for summer 2025.

The project will not only create a forward-looking company location in the coming years - it will also be home to the new headquarters of the Balmung Medical Group. Construction is scheduled to start in summer 2025.
