Your tasks
• Coordination between internal departments
• General office and administrative tasks (telephone, emails, correspondence)
• Creation, review, and structured filing of documents
• Data maintenance in internal systems
• Processing of quotes, orders, and invoices
• Scheduling and coordination
• Vacation and substitution arrangements within the teams
Your profile
• Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Completed training
• Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Confident written and spoken German and English

Salary
The minimum salary for this position is € 3.000,- gross per month full-time (38,5h). The actual salary depends on qualifications and professional experience.
