Data Manager:in (Tender)

Your tasks
- Maintenance, management and structured filing of tender and bidding documents
- Selection and preliminary review of incoming tenders based on defined criteria
- Creation and maintenance of quotation calculations and obtaining manufacturer quotations (RFQs)
- Translation and content editing of international tender documents
- Support with tender-related projects in cooperation with various specialist departments
- Ensuring data quality and consistency within tender-relevant documents and systems
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Ideally already professional experience in a comparable position
- Structured and organized way of working
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
- Confident knowledge of German and English

Salary
For this position a minimum salary of € 30.100,- gross per year full time (38,5h) is set according to the collective agreement. The actual remuneration depends on qualifications & professional experience.
