Product Manager for the Surgical Division
As a Product Manager (m/f/d) at Balmung Medical, you will be part of our dedicated expansion team that aims to bring about sustainable change in the healthcare sector. Your mission will be to shape the European healthcare market through innovative products and customized solutions.
Your tasks
- Continuous development of the surgical product portfolio for the European healthcare market
- Control of products throughout their entire life cycle – from market analysis and benchmarking to successful market launch
- Independent planning, development, and management of the surgical private label range
- Analysis of market trends, clinical requirements, and customer needs to identify new product ideas
- Conducting market and competition analyses to identify growth and innovation potential
- Close, interdisciplinary collaboration with sales, purchasing, marketing, and other interfaces
- Monitoring product performance and quality, and continuously optimizing existing surgical product lines
Your profile
- Completed training or studies in the field of healthcare, product management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in product management in the surgical field
- In-depth knowledge of the strategic development and advancement of product portfolios
- Expertise in the independent planning, management, and implementation of product range strategies, particularly for private labels
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a structured approach to work.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Salary
The annual salary for this position is €80,000 gross for full-time work (38.5 hours). Actual compensation depends on qualifications and professional experience.
