Product Manager
As a Product Manager (m/f/d) at Balmung Medical, you will be part of our dedicated expansion team that aims to bring about sustainable change in the healthcare sector. Your mission will be to shape the European healthcare market through innovative products and customized solutions.
Your tasks
- Continuous expansion of the product portfolio for the European healthcare market
- Supporting products from benchmarking to successful market launch
- Independent planning, development and management of the private label range
- Analyzing market trends and customer needs to develop new product ideas
- Conducting competitive and market analyses to identify growth potential
- Close cooperation with sales, purchasing and marketing
- Monitoring of product performance, quality and continuous optimization of existing product lines
Your profile
- Completed training or studies in the field of healthcare, product management, business or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the healthcare or medical technology sector
- Sound knowledge in the strategic development and further development of product portfolios
- Competence in the independent planning, management and implementation of product range strategies, especially for own brands
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and a structured way of working.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Salary
For this position a minimum salary of € 60.000,- gross per year full time (38,5h) is set according to the collective agreement. The actual remuneration depends on qualifications & professional experience.
