HR Assistant

Your tasks
- Responsibility for the entire employee life cycle - from recruitment and support to employee retention
- Development and implementation of modern HR strategies and processes to strengthen our employer brand
- Actively supporting and advising managers on all personnel-related issues
- Planning and implementation of recruitment measures, including job advertisements, applicant management and onboarding processes
- Implementation and coordination of administrative HR tasks, such as contract and certificate management
- Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and regularly updating personnel guidelines
- Promotion of a positive and appreciative corporate culture through targeted measures and initiatives
Your profile
- Completed training or studies with a focus on personnel management, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of human resources
- Good knowledge of labor law, personnel development and modern recruiting methods
- Strong communication and counseling skills as well as empathy in dealing with employees and managers
- Structured, independent and results-oriented way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- High social competence and ability to work in a team as well as a confident and engaging manner

Salary
For this position , we offer an annual salary of €70,000 gross ( based on full-time employment, 38.5 hours per week). The actual compensation will depend on your qualifications and professional experience.
