SALES

With our sales and service team, we accompany our customers on a global level every day and develop strategies to win new customers and build long-term partnerships. The team analyzes the individual needs and challenges of customers in the healthcare sector and maintains close relationships with them to strengthen trust and ensure customer satisfaction. The team develops intelligent sales strategies, identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities to ensure the successful revenue development of the company.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
The product management team at Balmung Medical plays an essential role in researching, developing and managing our product lines to meet the needs of the healthcare sector. Our dedicated product managers are responsible for identifying, developing and successfully introducing innovative solutions to the market. PURCHASING

Furthermore, the procurement team engages in negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive prices and favorable delivery terms. Through these negotiations and the exploration of cost-effective alternatives, the team actively contributes to reducing operational expenses and enhancing the company's profitability.
However, beyond pricing, product quality remains of paramount importance. Consequently, the department maintains open communication with the quality control teams to ensure that the products consistently meet the quality standards expected by our customers.
STORAGE LOGISTICS
Our warehouse and logistics team plays an extremely important role as we supply the healthcare market, which requires the highest reliability. The team is responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating the flow of goods to ensure that the right products are in the right place at the right time. The warehouse and logistics team monitors inventory, regularly reviews stock levels and ensures that there are sufficient quantities of product to meet customer demand. It monitors incoming and outgoing goods to ensure that deliveries are processed correctly. It checks the quality of incoming goods, performs inspections and ensures smooth loading and unloading. Furthermore, it monitors storage conditions, such as temperature control for certain medical products, to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the products. Through efficient warehouse management and logistics, they help increase customer satisfaction and ensure a high-quality supply of medical products.
